*** Why Jesus Matters

In this uncertain world, people yearn for something they can depend on which will not fall apart or become out-of-date. Christians have promoted Jesus, but often with “churchy” explanations and lives that show little difference. This course will present Biblical explanations of how Jesus matters and steps to experiencing that difference. Jesus matters because:

• We yearn to be understood
• We long for a lasting relationship
• We need a meaningful purpose
• We need a realistic perspective
• We need training in how to change
• We want the freedom that forgiveness brings
• We want an uncluttered identity
• We all face death
• We need help with broken relationships
