*** The Parables of Jesus

Jesus' teaching was different from other teachers. Much of his was by telling parables, giving earthly illustrations of spiritual realities. The course will involve looking directly at the parables before reading what others have said they mean. Our textbooks will be the Bible itself. Students will be required to use four different versions in study: King James, New American Standard, New International Version and New Living Translation. Assignments will be given in advance for completion each following week. Taught by Harold Key, Thursdays, 6:00-7:10 pm Jan 17-May 15 at SE Extension. .
