Covering the books of 2 Samuel, 1 and 2 Kings, 1 and 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther. We survey:

 

* the golden age of Israel under David and Solomon,
* the division of the kingdom,
* the unfaithfulness of Israel and Judah,
* the work of the prophets,
* the carrying away of Israel and Judah into captivity, and

* the restoration of the Jews to their homeland as they wait for Christ’s coming.
